the oldest old-timer on Bonobookoo
and much revered Obeah doctor:

Caribbean myths and tradition of the Junkanoo legend and
festival are woven throughout to make this an exciting introduction
into Hispanic-Caribbean culture. The play concludes with the audience
participating in a recreation of a Junkanoo festival to the
tune of Bahamian composer Kayla Edwards':

visited the Junkanoo Expo in Nassau and became enchanted

the Midwest region, leaving lots of opportunity for the southern US
and Florida regions where its theme will be most appealing.
Recent producers include Manistee Catholic School Central Drama Club,
MI; Fayetteville State University, NC.

Son is wonderful for Christmas, the ArtReach Touring Theatre had no
trouble booking it solid for 2 nine-month tours. Don't hesitate to
